Question 1

Will this case fit my iPhone model?

Accepted Answer

Each Elitesmark case is precision-engineered for a specific iPhone model. Select your exact model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro) on the product page before checkout. Cases from one model will not fit another due to differences in camera cutouts, button placement, and dimensions.

Question 2

Are Elitesmark cases compatible with MagSafe and wireless charging?

Accepted Answer

Most of our cases support wireless charging. MagSafe compatibility varies by design — the product page indicates when a case is MagSafe-optimized. Cases with heavy metal detailing may reduce charging efficiency or block MagSafe alignment.

Question 3

Do the cases protect against drops and scratches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our cases combine a shock-absorbing inner shell with a luxury outer finish to guard against everyday drops, scuffs, and scratches. Raised bezels around the screen and camera lenses add extra protection when the phone is placed face-down.

Question 4

What materials are used?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the design, materials include premium PU leather, genuine leather accents, high-grade silicone, hard polycarbonate shells, and plated metal detailing. Each product page lists the specific materials used.

Question 5

Are the designs authentic branded products?

Accepted Answer

Elitesmark curates luxury-inspired designer cases. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensee of the fashion houses whose aesthetics inspire our designs. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Question 6

How do I clean my case?

Accepted Answer

Wipe the case with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners, which can damage leather, plating, and printed finishes. Air-dry before reinstalling on your phone.

Question 7

Will the case cause my phone to overheat?

Accepted Answer

No. Our cases are designed with heat dissipation in mind. However, like any case, we recommend removing it during long wireless charging sessions or intensive gaming to keep temperatures optimal.

Question 8

How long does shipping take?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping typically arrives within 7–14 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Question 9

Can I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use our Track Order page with your order number and email, or click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Question 10

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer a 30-day return window on unused items in original condition. Please review our Refund Policy for the full process and eligibility details.

Question 11

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Customs duties may apply depending on your country.

Question 12

Will the case fade, peel, or discolor over time?

Accepted Answer

With normal use and proper care, our cases retain their finish for a long time. Leather finishes may develop a natural patina, which is characteristic of genuine materials. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and moisture to preserve the finish.

Question 13

Are the colors true to the photos?

Accepted Answer

We photograph products under professional lighting to reflect true color as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to your device's screen calibration.

Question 14

How do I contact customer support?

Accepted Answer

Email us at support@elitesmark.com or use the form on our Contact page. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
